If you like the work of one of our artists, and you want a new and unique piece of art in their style but of your own choice of topic, subject or colour combinations; then why not contact the artist direct (DETAILS ARE ON THEIR GALLERY PAGES) and ask for a Commissioned Piece of Art?
To do this, start by thinking about the size and style of painting that you’ll require. Is there a particular subject – like a scene, a place or an animal perhaps? Or maybe it’s an abstract style or particular colour set? Are there some existing photographs, buildings or art pieces you have seen that suggest the direction you are considering?
Discuss all this with your chosen artist either in writing or on the phone. Your chosen artist will then guide you towards a suitable solution and provide samples and possibly sketches in the process so that you can make sure you are happy with the proposed outcome.
At that point the artist will send you a written outline-contract detailing things such as the size, colour medium (watercolour, acrylic, oil etc), Box canvas or paper, ownership of copyright, framing if required, progress information, delivery or collection, and timeframe. And of course, the fee which will be broken down to a deposit and a final completion payment
When complete, you will own a unique piece of
art tailored specifically to your taste and budget.
